If a quote’s STC line cannot be reconciled to the Regulator’s method (size, zone, deeming), ask for the calculation. We will not invent the missing dollar figure. See rebates and cost.
Networks and plans
Your DNSP (Ausgrid, Endeavour, Essential, Energex, Ergon, SAPN, Western Power, the Victorian distributors, TasNetworks, Evoenergy, Power and Water) publishes connection information, including export-limit practices that change as suburbs fill with rooftop PV. The retailer plan is a separate contract. Compare it on Energy Made Easy, not on a solar brochure. See export limits.
State and territory programs
Search your jurisdiction’s energy department for current battery or solar programs:
- New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory.
